What We Do

Technology Assistance for Seniors—Omaha is a dedicated, independent, volunteer-led group that grew out of a program for Seniors that began at Do Space in 2015. When Do Space ended in January 2026, we became Technology Assistance for Seniors--Omaha and continue to serve the community with free, patient, friendly assistance.

We answer questions on:

  • Using phones, tablets, computers
  • Using apps/software to solve problems
  • Creating accounts & managing passwords
  • Updating software
  • Installing drivers
  • Installing and using apps/programs
  • Uninstalling software

We do not:

  • Repair hardware
  • Install operating systems
  • Remove viruses or malware
  • Do banking or private logins
  • Create passwords
  • Edit video, photo, or audio files
  • Design web pages

Hours & Availability

In-Person Help:
Location: Abrahams Library, 90th & Fort
Hours: Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00
No appointment needed. Just show up!
