Pamela is a retired Lead Technical Support Analyst for the Federal Reserve with thirty seven years of service. She has always had an interest in cutting edge technology and enjoys working with people. She pursues puzzles with gusto and finds that every person seeking help has a puzzle that needs attention. She has six children and nine grandchildren and loves to keep learning and expanding her friendships, which makes volunteering with Technical Support for Seniors perfect for her.
